Beginner's Zumba (Adults & Teens 13+)
Mondays, January 8 - March 5 (No Class on 1/15, 1/22, and 2/19)
                             March 19 - April 30 (No Class on 4/2)

This class is designed for you to have fun while you burn calories. It is a great way to begin an exercise regime. Zumba Fitness is a combinati8on of Latin based dance moves; salsa, cumbia, soca, flamenco, samba, hip-hop, and more that will really make you sweat! Dance experience not required.

The Pilates method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching/strengthening exercises that work the entire body. Expect to flatten your abs, strengthen your core muscles, increase flexibility, firm buttocks/thighs, and improve your posture. For all fitness levels.

POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, strength movements, plyometric and isometric poses. Through continual upper body motion using our lightly weighed exercise drumsticks, called Ripstix, you’ll turn into a calorie-torching drummer, POUNDing off pounds as each song flies by!

Totally Toned (Adults & Teens 15+)

This class is designed to help tone your entire body including abs, thighs, back, arms, and glutes. It is appropriate for all fitness levels. Bring hand weights, a mat and water.

Yoga: Basics and More (Adults & Teens 15+)

Whether you are yoga-curious or yoga-proficient, this is the class for you. No experience required. Instructor, Jen Stratakis E-RYT, will lead you through an hour-long class, which includes standing and seated poses, breathwork and guided relaxation. Modifications are given to accommodate all levels of yoga experience. With regular practice, yoga can improve lung capacity, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, mental calm and more. Participants should bring a yoga mat and water. Namaste!

Youth Rec Floor Hockey (Boys and Girls, Co-Ed Ages 7-14; Age Groups:  7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14)
Date: Saturdays, March 10 thru May 12, 2018 (Any schedule modifications will be emailed.)
Time: 1 hour period between 8:30a.m.-3:00p.m.
Fee: $40 Moon Residents, $45 Non-Residents (T-Shirt included)
Location: Moon Middle School Auxiliary Gym
Registration:  Please register by Friday, March 2
This program will offer hockey skill development as well as games. A T-shirt is included with participation in the program. Volunteer coaches needed.  Players should have helmet and stick.  Gloves, elbow and shin pads are highly recommended.

P.A.L.S. is a program Providing Assistance, Love and Support for children with special needs and their families.

P.A.L.S. Program (Ages 4-17)
Time: 6:30p.m.-7:30p.m.

We invite kids with special needs as well as their family and friends to join us for movies, games, special events, and more! This is a FREE program.


Teen Un-Valentine’s Day Party (Ages 13-18)
Date: Tuesday Feb 13, 2018

“I love me unconditionally!” Celebrate with an evening of self-care, pampering, and creating some new healthy habits. We will make some homemade bath products, mix up a healthy snack or two and give bullet journaling a try.

Teen Board Game Night & Ice Cream Social (Ages 13-18)
Date: Monday March 26, 2018
Time: 6:30p.m.-8:00p.m.
Fee: $8 Moon residents, $10 non-residents
Location: Robin Hill Center
We all scream for ice cream and board games! This night will feature: The Sheriff of Nottingham, New York 1901, and Lanterns: The Harvest Festival.
