Would your home put the Grizwolds to shame? Could your lights be seen from space? Starting November 29, send up to 6 pictures of your home to info@moonparks.org. Photos will be displayed on our Facebook page where the public can vote on them. The home with the most votes by 10 a.m. Friday, December 20 will win a trophy and gift basket.

Moon Park is your destination for holiday spirit and all things Christmas. The event will feature performances, food trucks, craft vendors, carriage rides, a holiday market,and the big man himself... Santa Clause! Santa and The Grinch will ride into Moon Park atop a Firetruck at 5:30pm and light our Moon Park Christmas Tree at the Rotary Pavilion. Following the lighting of the tree, Santa and The Grinch will be available for photos and visits with children and families. Bring your letters for Santa to drop in his mailbox and/or bring a new still in the box toy for Toys for Tots at the Grinch.

For the second year in a row, this event will feature FREE horse-drawn carriage rides. Pre-registration is required due to limited spots. A link to register for the carriage rides will be posted on the Moon Parks & Rec Facebook & Instagram pages on Dec. 2nd at 7pm.

Santa Clause himself will return to Moon Park for this two-night event. Stop by and chat with Santa, drop off a letter for the north pole, and make a craft. Each child will leave with a fun gift bag and wonderful memories.

A portion of the memorial garden (Zone 4 - Police) is temporarily unavailable due to surrounding construction. We are still accepting brick orders for this location, but there may be a delay in the installation time.
Trail work continues at Robin Hill. Currently only the Log Cabin, East Beach, Black Cherry, and West Beach Trails are open. Thank you for your patience. We ask that trail users not enter cordoned off areas.
Athletic fields are now open to organized sporting groups and can be reserved. To find out more information about field reservations, please call the parks office at 412-262-1703 ext 406. Reserved groups have priority for field use.
Due to high demand reservations will not be allowed (aside from our internal programming) for any tennis, pickleball, or basketball courts this summer.
