Robin Hill Lunchtime Concert Series - Third Wednesday of the Month from May thru September- Noon-1:00p.m. at the Robin Hill Park Gazebo.
Bring your lawn chair or blanket and listen to relaxing music. Concerts are free. Hot dogs, drinks and snacks are available for purchase. Concerts are held on the third Wednesday of each month from Noon – 1:00p.m. at the Robin Hill Park Gazebo as follows:

Memorial Day Commemorative Services - Sunday, May 27 - 11:00a.m.-12:30p.m. outside of the Moon Township Municipal Building
Moon Township is please to join Keith-Holmes Post 402 V.F.W. and its Auxiliary in honoring deceased veterans on Memorial Day weekend. The V.F.W. will perform commemorative services at 10 cemeteries and honor rolls throughout the area on Sunday, May 27. These services include tributes by the Post and Auxiliary offices, a salute by the Color Guard ad Rifle Squad, and end with a solemn rendition of Taps. The public is invited to attend these services. The program begins at 11:00a.m. with touch-a-truck display, which will pause at 11:30a.m. when the memorial ceremony begins. The V.F.W. memorial detail will arrive at approximately 11:45a.m. Following their departure, residents are invited to continue exploring the vehicles on display until 12:30p.m. This event is free to attend.
Friday Fun Nights - Live entertainment starts at 7:30p.m. and movies start at dusk unless otherwise stated.

Battle of the Bands - Monday, July 2 @ 5:00p.m. at Moon Park Amphitheater
Back by popular demand! Last year, Pittsburgh-area unsigned bands rocked out their best sets and put it all on the line at the first-ever Battle of the Bands competition. The contest returns to the Moon Park amphitheater with a panel of local music legends judging the competition and selecting the winner. This event is free to attend.
Firecracker 5K Glow Run & Walk - Tuesday, July 3 @ 9:15p.m. at the Cherrington Corporate Center
Light up Moon Township at our Firecracker 5K Glow Run & Walk! Runners and walkers are welcome to join in for an evening filled with glow sticks, a black light photo booth, great music, and an after party sure to keep you dancing into the night.
Pre-Party – 8:00 p.m.
Enjoy free music, neon face painting and more while you pick up your race packet. Race night registration is open from 8:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
5K Run/Walk Start – 9:15 p.m.
Light Up the Moon After Party
Immediately following the race. Once you cross the finish line, be sure to stick around to rock Moon Township into the July 4th celebration with music, dancing, entertainment, food and the awards presentation.
All 5K runners and walkers will receive a custom glow-in-the-dark finisher’s medal after crossing the finish line. 5K Run Award Categories

Independence Day Celebration - Wednesday, July 4 @ 4:00p.m. at Moon Park
This year’s celebration features more kidfriendly activities including inflatables, a magician, balloon artists, a train ride, a dunk tank and more! Get a bite from the many food trucks and have a great time listening to oldies from the Doo-Wop All-Stars, country sounds from NoMad and retro 70’s and 80’s music from Dancing Queen. Fireworks by Pyrotechnico cap off the night. This is a family-friendly, free event.
