Moon Lights Holiday House Decorating Contest
Would your home put the Grizwolds to shame? Could your lights be seen from space? Starting November 29, send up to 6 pictures of your home to info@moonparks.org. Photos will be displayed on our Facebook page where the public can vote on them. The home with the most votes by 10 a.m. Friday, December 20 will win a trophy and gift basket.
Dates: November 29 to December 20
Location: Moon Township Residents
The voting page will feature the addresses of the homes entered in the contest. For inspiration check out the 2022/2023 entries on the Moon Parks & Recreation Facebook page.
Moon Lights Holiday Festival
Moon Park is your destination for holiday spirit and all things Christmas. The event will feature performances, food trucks, craft vendors, carriage rides, a holiday market,and the big man himself... Santa Clause! Santa and The Grinch will ride into Moon Park atop a Firetruck at 5:30pm and light our Moon Park Christmas Tree at the Rotary Pavilion. Following the lighting of the tree, Santa and The Grinch will be available for photos and visits with children and families. Bring your letters for Santa to drop in his mailbox and/or bring a new still in the box toy for Toys for Tots at the Grinch.

Time: 5:00 to 7:30 p.m.
Location: Moon Park
For the second year in a row, this event will feature FREE horse-drawn carriage rides. Pre-registration is required due to limited spots. A link to register for the carriage rides will be posted on the Moon Parks & Rec Facebook & Instagram pages on Dec. 2nd at 7pm.

Enjoy a FREE nightly holiday light drive-thru in Moon Park! Thank you to our many generous community sponsors for making this holiday light display’s drive-thru possible.

Time: Sun-Weds (Dusk til 7:30) and Thurs-Sat (Dusk til 10:00)

Fireside Chats with Santa
Santa Clause himself will return to Moon Park for this two-night event. Stop by and chat with Santa, drop off a letter for the north pole, and make a craft. Each child will leave with a fun gift bag and wonderful memories.
Dates: Tuesday, December 10 and Wednesday, December 11
Time: 5 to 7 p.m.
Location: Moon Park Rotary Pavilion
Fee: $10.00 per child Moon Resident / $15.00 per child Non-Resident
