Robin Hill Lunchtime Concert Series - Third Wednesday of the Month from May thru September- Noon-1:00p.m. at the Robin Hill Park Gazebo.
Bring your lawn chair or blanket and listen to relaxing music.  Concerts are free.  Hot dogs, drinks and snacks are available for purchase.  Concerts are held on the third Wednesday of each month from Noon – 1:00p.m. at the Robin Hill Park Gazebo as follows:

Friday Fun Nights - Come join us for a fun evening of free entertainment at the Moon Park Amphitheater!  Free popcorn, water, children's activities, and crafts while supplies last.

August 10    Coco (PG) movie (dusk) - Jim Kanfoush acoustic guitar pre-show.  
                     Flavored popcorn and craft offered while supplies last.
August 17    Wonder (PG) movie (dusk) - Josh and Gaby pre-show.
                     Free pre-show children's activity.

Wizarding Festival  - Saturday, September 8 - 11a.m.-6p.m. at Moon Park
Witches, Wizards and Muggles - Please join us for the first Moon Wizarding Festival. This amazing event is brought to you by Moon Parks and Recreation and will feature artisans, crafters, music, games, Quidditch, crafts, food, drink, costume contests, trivia tournaments, and much much more! Save the date - this is going to be bigger than the Quidditch World Cup!  Entrance to this event is free.  All ages are welcome! 

9th Grade Swim Party - Friday, September 21 from 7:45p.m. – 9:30 p.m. at the Moon Area High School Natatorium
All 9th grade Moon Area High School students are welcome to attend a Friday night swim party!  Some refreshments available.  $2 per person.  No registration, just drop in!

BBQ with a Side of Blues Presented by ServiceLink- Saturday, September 22 from 2:00p.m.-10:00p.m. at Moon Park Amphitheater
Enjoy at day of blues music.  Entertainment is free.  Vendors will offer food and drinks for sale.

Pup Parade - Saturday, September 29 from 11:00a.m.-2:00p.m. at the Clearview pavilion in Moon Park
Come and enjoy an afternoon with vendors, food and a parade around the park.  All Dogs must be on a leash and have current vaccinations. 

Moon Elementary Schools Swim Parties from 7:45p.m.-9:30p.m. at the Moon Area High School Natatorium
Elementary school students can enjoy a fun night at the high school pool!  Some refreshments available.  $2 per person.  No registration, just drop in!

Family Fun Night Dive-In Movie - Saturday, January 26 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the Moon Area High School Natatorium
Our summer Friday Fun Nights are such a hit, we just had to offer one for the fall.  Enjoy an evening of swimming and the movie DEEP.  This is a free event, so bring the entire family!  Some refreshments available.  No registration, just drop in!

Halloween Spooktacular- Wednesday, October 24 at Moon Park from 4:30p.m-6:30p.m
Come out to this free family-friendly Halloween event.  Activity stations, treat bags for the first 500 kids, hayrides, pumpkin decorating and more.  Come in a family-friendly costume and enjoy the fun.  This is a free event.

Veteran’s Day Pancake Breakfast - Friday, November 9 from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Robin Hill
Free to veterans and their guests. In honor of all of those who serve or have served our country, and in recognition and with gratitude, we invite you to enjoy brunch on us.  Coffee, tea, orange juice, sausage, pancakes, and fresh fruit will be served.  Be sure to get your poppy.

Light Up Night - Thursday, November 29 from 6:00p.m.-9:00p.m. at the Moon Township Municipal Building
Enjoy an evening of music, crafts, story time, ice carving, Christmas hayride, train rides, Christmas carols and snacks as we light up Moon Township’s Christmas tree and wait for a visit from Santa Claus!  This is a free event.

Brunch with Santa - Saturday, December 1 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Public Safety Building
Bring the kids for a chance to meet the big guy at the firehouse at 1000 Beaver Grade Road.  Kids can deliver their wishes to Santa.  Tickets are $5 per person.  Please register in advance by Monday, November 26. 

Outdoor Ice Skating

Moon Parks and Recreation will set up an outdoor ice skating rink on the basketball courts at Moon Park.  Please note that skating will depend on the winter weather.  Check our website or Facebook page for times when skating will be permitted.  Waivers must be signed and on file in the Parks and Recreation office prior to skating.  Only skating will be permitted.
